DANCE DIVISION
Tribe
of Judah:
An integral part of the Worship
and Fine Arts Ministry acquiring leadership from the Director
of the Dance Division. The Tribe of Judah is the core dance
team of WFAM.
Calvary: This dance team specializes in
high-spirited Gospel and Character choreography. Any member
of the Tribe of Judah can participate in this team.
David: This team consists of all Male Dancers,
Ages 18 and up. The focus of this team is to share worship
dance from a male perspective. All men of the Tribe of Judah
are members of this team.
Hosanna: Dancers that exemplify skills conducive
to high-level, energetic choreography. The Artistic Director
appoints dancers on this team. Dancers on this team must be
able to execute prescribed dance movements. If a dancer desires
to be a member of this team, a request must be made to the
Artistic Director.
Prophetic Dance: Dancers that exemplify
spirit and genuine love for their gift of dance. This team
ministers “Praise & Worship” dance and on
occasion will minister during the Praise & Worship period
in Sunday Services & Special Programs, along with the
vocal Praise & Worship team. All members of the Tribe
of Judah are automatically assigned to a prophetic group.
Shabach: This group is open to teenagers’
ages 12-17 yrs of age. This group occasion ministers with
the adult group the Tribe of Judah. Should one of these dancers
exemplify maturity and leadership and request growth opportunity,
the Dance Ministry Director may approve this dancer be moved
to the Tribe of Judah. New Shabach dancers will be required
to attend an orientation study. The Co-Artistic Directors
are responsible for this group.
Essence of Praise: This group is comprised
of the dancers 4-11 years old. The Essence of Praise allows
young ladies to minister through dance. It is also an opportunity
for the gift to be nurtured by anointed instructors.
Dance Ministry Parents & Support Council: Comprised
of parents of the Youth Dancers and any supporter of the entire
dance ministry. This group will assist whenever they are needed.
WFAM Steppers: This group is comprised of
youth ages 9 – 17 years of age. It is designed to allow
the youth to express themselves through rhythmically choreograph
routines.

THEATRICAL DIVISION
ACTS Drama Team: This group consists of
all ages. It is designed and structured to praise and worship
our Lord Jesus Christ through dramatic impressions. ACTS brings
thought provoking skits and drama productions to audiences
and leaves them hanging on the edge of their seats. You are
sure to laugh, cry, and question the strength of your relationship
with God when you watch them minister.

MUSIC
DIVISION
Voices of Praise: This group consists of
youth ages 12 – 17 and ministers a mix of Alternative
and contemporary Christian songs.
Blessed: This group ministers at our early
Worship Service. It consists of men and women 18 and up. Traditional,
contemporary and gospel music is ministered.
Guiding Light: This group is comprised of
youth ages 4 – 11 and ministers traditional, contemporary
and gospel music arranged for children is ministered.
Gooden-Prince: This group is comprised of
men and women ages 18 and up. Hymns, anthems, spirituals,
traditional and contemporary music is ministered.
L. O. Avery Male Chorus: A group of all
male singers ages 18 and up intended to allow men to worship
God in atmosphere that displays unity and love of brothers
in Christ.
C. W. Wallace Women Chorus: This group is
comprised of all women ages 18 and up. This anointed group
of ladies minister traditional, gospel, and contemporary styles
of music.
Celebration: Worshippers that exemplify
spirit and genuine love for worship. This team ministers “Praise
& Worship” songs each Sunday.
