I must not promote anything contrary to Christianity or Christian Family Values.
I must provide a final quote from a 3rd party vendor for each item to be considered for sponsorship.
My request for Sponsorship Co-op Dollars must be submitted 30 days prior to the event.
You must fax a past invoice or quote to 480-287-9360 for the items you want sponsored.
Although Gospelbiz has funded over 80% of the events requesting Sponsorship Dollars, I understand that submitting this form does not guaranty Sponsorship Dollars for my event.
