Dear Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in participating in the L.I.F.T Ministry
Total Woman Conference 2011.
Our event is rapidly approaching and we need you to help us represent the
total woman. We have limited
space and encourage you to be among the first to complete the
agreement form and return it
to us so that
we can secure your space.
Vendors are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All vendors must
submit the completed form
with
either a list of information that will be available at your booth, or
with a list of type of items
to be sold.
This is done to ensure that we do not infringe on the goods of separate
vendors in order to maximize
the
overall experience of both our vendors and our guest.
Upon receipt of your completed form, a member of L.I.F.T Ministry will
contact you about your
specific needs
regarding your space (# of tables, chairs, power, internet, etc.). In
the meantime, if you have
any questions,
please feel free to contact us at any time via phone at 214-250-0401 or

Vendors may set-up on
Friday and operate
during conference hours
Friday, March 25th: 5PM – 12AM
Saturday, March 26th: 8AM – 11PM
Vendors agree to remove
all literature and
merchandise no later
than 12AM,
Sunday, March 27th.
